Due to a rise in short-notice changes and missed appointments, we've had to introduce new booking guidelines. We genuinely value your patronage, and these measures ensure we can serve everyone effectively.

When you secure an appointment with us, it's specially reserved for you. Missed slots hinder us from assisting others who need our touch. Remember, our therapists earn only when they render their service.

By Louise Oliver kindly requests a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any modifications, rescheduling, or cancellations of appointments. Without this, or in cases of missed appointments, a fee of £30 may apply.

Regular late notice or missed appointments (after the 3rd instance) might limit you to only 'same-day' bookings. If no slots are available, you'll be added to our wait-list and informed if a spot opens up.

We recognise that life happens, and unforeseen emergencies do occur. Rest assured, the application of this policy is at our discretion and understanding.
